Annika's birthmother chose us in December 2001 and we were fortunate to be there for Annika's birth on January 15, 2002. We keep in touch and send lots of pictures plus keep a website up to date with new ones. We live miles apart but we made a trip to visit her birthparents when Annika turned two. Our relationship is one of good friendship and governed mostly by their choice.
Annika is a bundle of energy with an extra-loving demeanor. She likes to play on the slide and read books and can't wait to share them with a little brother or sister. Whenever she comes across a baby she is enthralled and becomes "little mommy". | |
